Welcome to Fatherland and Farewell to Francesca!
Yoga Club This Week at KALI YUGA YOGA!
It is with great excitement I invite you to join us for our second official class meeting in the new space at 1011 Fatherland St in East Nashville! (for those of you who don't remember, we did have one meeting just after I closed on the space- see entry here on our blogsite- 12/18/06 )
But it is with a sad heart that we say good-bye and send off our fellow clubber, Francesca, back to her home country of Italy at the end of this week. So in honor of her last class with us we are planning to give her a taste of hot yoga!!! now this may be tricky since our heat panels have not been fully installed yet, so I ask you to wear plenty of clothes, bring any handy space heaters and have both a bottle of water and a towel with you.

almost there and this time i mean it!!! the floors are to arrive this thursday. our final inspections are slated to finish up this week. we could start our full schedule as early as monday, 4/30. so stay tuned and i will make the announcement as soon as i have the go ahead from the city!

1. It's Spring and we are back in the yard! The air is warm, the sunset is magnificent and the grass feels good between your toes~ enjoy a break from the office and embrace the outdoors!!
2. Summer is around the corner and you're not quite ready for swimsuit season. We're toning, we're strengthening, we're shaping those tummies inside and out! Remember yoga targets not just the superficial muscles that you see, but also all the glands and internal organs that process all the foods that you don't want to see!
3. Free t-shirts! yes, i have 2 free Martin Corner t-shirts for the first two clubbers to arrive. Come and get it! : )

**Kali Yuga Yoga Commercial Taping One Saturday**
thank you to all who are interested to participate. we are drawing up a shooting schedule this week so do let me know if you'd like to join us. you do not have to be a professional yogi to be in the video, nor do you have to commit to all day- we just need happy, fun and energetic people for an hour or so here and there. we'll be taping from 7AM until around 7PM, with different shots scheduled throughout the day and throughout the city- so keep it in mind and just let me know and i'll pass along details. if you happen to join us during meal times or happy hour, you'll be taken care of : ) oh and $5 credit to the studio for your pretty face! C
