Book Club post practice this week!

Greetings Kaliyuga Yoga Club!!!

I am very happy to announce that this weeks class will be lead by the
fabulous Leah Lillios!!! Class will begin at our regularly scheduled time
on Wednesday at 6:30pm. We will have a slightly abbreviated class
(approx. 75 mins.) and our first book club meeting will follow.

I hope that you are all embracing this much needed rain we are having.
This is the perfect weather to snuggle up and read a good book. If you
are looking for a good read; be sure to grab a copy of "The Road Less
Traveled" by M. Scott Peck MD, and join up for our first book club meeting
this week. For those of you who would like to stay for the book club,
light refreshments will be provided. The book club is open for anyone who
would like to join us, even if you have not began or finished your reading
assignment. Maybe after hearing a little discussion about the book, you
may decide to pick up a copy. ;o)

Stephen moved to Nashville with his wife Bethany after a career as an aviation officer in the US Army. During his time in the military he tried Yoga as a way to reconnect with his body and emotions after exposure to several combat situations. He quickly realized the benefits yoga gave his life, and wanted to share the gift with others. He pursued teacher training through the Yoga School in Nashville studying the style of BKS Iyengar. Stephen has attended workshops with Roger Cole and studied under a number of excellent teachers and mentors to include Nancy Kirkland, Zo Newell, and Sanieh Patricia. Stephen is excited to share the gift of Yoga with the community in hopes that we may all find peace and happiness along our paths in life.
