We have a very exciting Yoga Club planned this week!!!
Please join us in celebrating our 1 year anniversary.
Leah has planned an abbreviated but very special practice this week in honor of this joyous occasion. Class will be followed by a group outing to five points (located 3 blocks away in Historic East Nashville). We will continue the celebration with cake and spirits at 3 Crow Restaurant and Bar. So please join us and help to make this a truly memorable event!
