Guest Instructor Stephen Graham is Coming to Visit!!

Greetings Kaliyugayoga Club!

I hope that you are all having a wonderful week. I am very happy to announce that we are priviledged enough to have yet another special guest guiding us through practice this week! I would like to welcome Stephen Graham to the Kaliyugayoga Club (more bio information about Stephen below).

A quick book club reminder. Immediately following next weeks practice, we will have our first book club meeting about "The Road Less Traveled". I am sure that it will be an inspiring and thought provoking discussion; please feel free to join us! Everyone is invited! Even if you have not had an opportunity to finish or even began reading the book; a great discussion could be just the catalyst needed to get you to turn a few pages. Light refreshments will be provided.

love and light,
shanita ;o)

Stephen moved to Nashville with his wife Bethany after a career as an aviation officer in the US Army. During his time in the military he tried Yoga as a way to reconnect with his body and emotions after exposure to several combat situations. He quickly realized the benefits yoga gave his life, and wanted to share the gift with others. He pursued teacher training through the Yoga School in Nashville studying the style of BKS Iyengar. Stephen has attended workshops with Roger Cole and studied under a number of excellent teachers and mentors to include Nancy Kirkland, Zo Newell, and Sanieh Patricia. Stephen is excited to share the gift of Yoga with the community in hopes that we may all find peace and happiness along our paths in life.
