Yoga Club Canceled This Week!

Greetings and Namaste!!!
10/3 THIS WEDNESDAY
****No Yoga Club this week!!****
I am sorry to say that the Yoga Club will be canceled this week due to a recent scheduling conflict. Although we will greatly miss seeing all of your smiling faces, Leah and I have been invited to attend a special gathering on Wednesday evening. It is with great joy and excitement that we cancel class this week. At the present time I am not at liberty to divulge the nature of this auspicious occasion, however, please be sure to pick up a copy of THE BEST OF NASHVILLE EDITION OF THE SCENE! ;o)

Upcoming Yoga Club Schedule--

10/10 ***Very Special Evening with Rudrani Devi *** NOT TO MISS!!!
Rudrani Devi, a certified teacher of Synchronicity Contemporary Meditation
will guide us for an evening's introduction to this beautiful and effective meditation technique. Synchronicity Contemporary High-Tech Meditation technology uses cutting edge proprietary sonic technology to balance the brainwaves and deliver a precise and consistent meditative experience. By using musical meditation soundtracks with Synchronicity technology, one can immediately experience the benefits of deep meditation. Practitioners become more focused, balanced, positive, and dynamic, providing precision means for experiencing the wholeness and fulfillment that comes from a daily meditation practice, but with far less effort.

10/17 ---Yoga Club Practices with Guest Instructor Stephen Graham---
Stephen moved to Nashville with his wife Bethany after a career as an
aviation officer in the US Army. During his time in the military he tried Yoga as a way to reconnect with his body and emotions after exposure to several combat situations. He quickly realized the benefits yoga gave his life, and wanted to share the gift with others. He pursued teacher training through the Yoga School in Nashville studying the style of BKS Iyengar. Stephen has attended workshops with Roger Cole and studied under a number of excellent teachers and mentors to include Nancy Kirkland, Zo Newell, and Sanieh Patricia. Stephen is excited to share the gift of Yoga with the community in hopes that we may all find peace and happiness along our paths in life.

10/24 BOOK CLUB!!
Post practice we'll gather to discuss our first book for the yoga club.
After much deliberation we have decided to kick off the book club with one of my personal favorites, THE ROAD LESS TRAVELED by M.SCOTT PECK MD. I hope that you all find it as interesting and beneficial as I have. I am looking forward to many great discussions to come.
